This place is a joke they treat 100% disabled veterans like less than human beings....Dr. Page specifically needs his license looked into I was told they could not get the prescriptions I need to take every day for the rest if my life refilled to bridge my scripts till my new PCM appt 2 June here it is 1 April and they refuse and the lady at the desk on the phone was very nasty when I tried to get answers to my questions and proceeded to hangup on me without giving me the number or link she talked about to try and correct th... read more
I recently received care from Tracy Adams, NP and it was one of the best experiences I have had with the Luminis Health practice. She carefully listened to my concerns, developed a clear path forward, and worked diligently to support my follow up needs with specialists. She truly went above and beyond compared to any other practitioner I've met. I wish all providers were as exceptional as Tracy Adams, NP.
I was able to get an appt quickly and was seen at my exact appointment time on the day I arrived. I was seen by Kate Wollenberg, NP and I feel like she took the time to listen to my concerns.
Fast turnaround, lab in house, easy to communicate with provider
When I started as a patient at this practice, my care was exceptional. Sandra Cook was caring, attentive, thorough, and very responsive. However, after she left, she was replaced with a temp that quite frankly shouldn’t be practicing medicine. She was confrontational and condescending at my appointment and spoke to me as if I was being dramatic for requesting a certain test. That test has since come back and confirmed my concern & while it has been almost a week since the results have come back I have yet to hear from anyone... read more
