I tend to visit my doctor here once every three years. At my last appointment, the first thing I was told when the doctor walked in was that I had a limited number of questions I was allowed to ask, because the receptionist had placed me in one of the shorter time slots (I knew nothing about this- I just made an appointment). I have had many extremely time sensitive referral and paperwork needs that often took immense time and effort to get resolved. They insist they fax forms, but the providers never receive them. Many of my specialists have tried to fax to the office, and they never receive them.
