Scheduled 11 physical therapy appointments on Jan. 18th through the call center for the Bowie location. Never received confirmation for any of these appointments nor the email link for their online MyChart portal. Once I called back to see what was going on, instead of realizing there was an issue with my information, the operator had me write down the times/dates for each of the nine appointments. This place is a joke!! I went to check in on line for my first appt. The scheduled me in different location. I was supposed to be scheduled at the one on Rt 450 as that is close to me. Called to tell them that. Lady that answered said they don’t take calls. What?? I told her they scheduled me at the wrong location and I wanted to speak to someone. Response, they don’t take calls. I scheduled an appointment back on March 17 and had an appointment scheduled for me for today, April 21. I called to get my appointment time because I hadn't got a call reminder....what was I told? They had no appointments for me! As bad as I need this appointment, I hear this after waiting a month. The next appointment is 2 months out! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!! The lady didn't even try to see if she work something out, just an awkward silence from her until I ended the call.
Have been going to this therapy location for about three months for a very bad shoulder fracture. Have been happy with ALL the therapists I have encountered, they are very caring and frequently ask if I am OK as they work on my shoulder. Only issue is they are very busy and it can be difficult to schedule appointments. They have told me they are working on getting more therapists, PRNs there to help. I would recommend their services to anyone needing therapy.
Therapists are excellent, but I've been calling for 3 days and no one answers the phone . This is not the first time this has happened.
