Cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before after waiting 3 months, now they tell me next appointment is May 30 yet your voicemail states you can make same day and next day appointments online? Medical system is failing us.
I had an appointment with these people, and as I arrive at the office, I get an automatic message saying my appointment has been cancelled. No one even called or send a message in MyChart to explain. Just canceled the appointment 5 minutes prior to it taking place without an explanation. Because I guess to them my time isn’t valuable. I had my appointment scheduled for over a month and recieved a message sent four days before my appointment that it was canceled. I won't be making any more appointments at this one that's for sure.
