I’ve had multiple appointments scheduled with this office over the last 8 months. 2 weeks before each appointment this office has canceled my appointment stating (the provider isn’t available) and their next available appointment for the same day of the week isn’t for another 2-3 months. As a nurse who works in healthcare daily, this is the most horrendous patient “care” and customer service I’ve experienced. I will drive to another state before I book an appointment for this office. Cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before after waiting 3 months, now they tell me next appointment is May 30 yet your voicemail states you can make same day and next day appointments online? Medical system is failing us.
I had an appointment with these people, and as I arrive at the office, I get an automatic message saying my appointment has been cancelled. No one even called or send a message in MyChart to explain. Just canceled the appointment 5 minutes prior to it taking place without an explanation. Because I guess to them my time isn’t valuable.
