Excellent care and worth the wait.
I recently visited Luminis Health on January 15, 2026, and I had an excellent experience. The office was professional and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I felt that my needs were listened to, and the overall care was thorough and supportive. I didn’t experience any issues or concerns during this appointment. I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend Luminis Health to anyone seeking quality OBGYN care.
Everyone is friendly but it would be nice to be able to be seen at the scheduled appointment time.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Providers and nurses! I have had some issues with front desk staff being rude.l and poor communication. But the patience, bedside manner, compassion and knowledge of Dr Ballas makes me forget abt it all. I had a traumatic second trimester loss in 2023. Followed by another pregnancy after. Dr Ballas, Dr Chen, Dr Hicks, treated me and my pregnancy with care and concern from day one. Even Donna, the nurse. If I had a complaint or even just a question.
