I recently visited Luminis Health on January 15, 2026, and I had an excellent experience. The office was professional and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I felt that my needs were listened to, and the overall care was thorough and supportive. I didn’t experience any issues or concerns during this appointment. I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend Luminis Health to anyone seeking quality OBGYN care.
Everyone is friendly but it would be nice to be able to be seen at the scheduled appointment time.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Providers and nurses! I have had some issues with front desk staff being rude.l and poor communication. But the patience, bedside manner, compassion and knowledge of Dr Ballas makes me forget abt it all. I had a traumatic second trimester loss in 2023. Followed by another pregnancy after. This office is not a good recommendation for plus size moms to be. I experienced implicit bias from the nurse practitioner I seen back in March at the Annapolis location. I was judged so bad, that I feared being pregnant. The also assistant that also sat in the waiting area with this provider when I was getting vitals checked, made a comment about my weight, and she was not assigned to my appointment. I contemplated multiple times reporting to the board or the providers NPI number. I do not recommend at all.
