I too agree. They are very strict with 15 min late policy. The office had 6 people waiting,so they weren't short on patients. Being rude to your customers, especially if it's the first time meeting them does not help the the atmosphere of the potential future relationship. And the front office is the first thing patients see and base their opinions of the Dr. on! Just saying!

Worst admittance/reception service i have ever met. Pedantic and unfriendly, after making me do a whole series of uneccessary requests and extra questions that no one else asks she finsally told me there was no appointment for at least the next 5 months.... Maybe that would have been the better openning line before making me go dig up all the buried treasure info. If its a bad start its usually not much better once youre through the door.

A dear friend just told me her experience at this office.The office has a strict 15 minute lateness policy. She has stage 4 lung cancer and tried her very best to arrive on time. She called to let them know her ETA but no one answered the phone. So she arrived 20 minutes late and they turned her away. The manager was inflexible despite my friend's request to find a solution or compromise. What would it cost for them to be kind?

Your health is important to us...that is if you are still alive in 5 months when they are available to see you. Otherwise, good luck and Godspeed. UPDATE: Took them up on their offer to address my concerns and called the number provided - it's the general number and I got the same person who matter of factly told me it would be 5 months until I received an appointment. My husband’s appointment was there today with Dr. Samuels. He took the time to review and change medication. He also explained why it needed done. He was able to show on the computer pictures of his condition. Also his office made a point to help us get to our next appointment on time. The staff at this office is outstanding. They are patient and understanding.
