Luminis puts it's profit over patient health. I infused here for years until I was switched without warning or explanation from generic to brand name medication at great cost. No one at Luminis could explain why this happened or fix the problem so that I could continue receiving treatment at a reasonable price. Absolutely shameful.
The staff and nurses at Luminess Health infusion center Truman Parkway are wonderful. I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I come for treatments.
