0* REVIEW The front desk receptionist an older Asian looking lady (I believe her name is Marie or Maria) is always so rude. She's arrogant, condesending, unhelpful and always has a chip on her shoulder - she talks down to patients she doesn't like, pretends she doesn't hear or understand why you're there - even though you go there for the same regular procedure. Luminis puts it's profit over patient health. I infused here for years until I was switched without warning or explanation from generic to brand name medication at great cost. No one at Luminis could explain why this happened or fix the problem so that I could continue receiving treatment at a reasonable price. Absolutely shameful.
The staff and nurses at Luminess Health infusion center Truman Parkway are wonderful. I always feel comfortable and welcomed when I come for treatments.
