For a place that sticks people with needles all day you would think they would be able to draw blood, not here. It took over 4 tries to draw blood and no other place has ever had a problem drawing blood before or after this experience here.
After 7 visits to this place, I am still amazed where did they find this staff that is both professional and so caring.
Awful customer service, receptionist kept smacking her teeth growling at me
I was worried about a 5-6 hr iron infusion but it was necessary before giving birth. I arrived, checked in, observed the atmosphere and was taken to my area. It was nice, clean, private and comfortable. They offer you blankets, cold drinks and sandwiches around lunchtime. There are TV’s in each space and a curtain for privacy. Yolanda took care of me and I couldn’t have asked for better. She checked on me, addressed all my needs and made sure she was providing the best care.
