I was a patient for a while, Dr Hopper would dismiss several of my concerns I brought up through the years, and wouldn't discuss medical ways to lose weight. She didn't take seriously my concerns and blamed everything on my weight but wouldn't help with that. I finally decided to leave and found a primary that validates my concerns and Im getting resolutions to my issues.
Reception desk needs better customer service!! POOR customer service as is with check in or phone messages . Doctors , certain ones , don’t CARE about patients!!
I will never use this facility again. I liked the doctor but the billing department is far from helpful. I call regarding a claim that they were sending under the wrong group and refused to send again under the correct group. I email about a bill and money they owe me and no one responds. I call billing about the money they owe me and told to call central billing that is only available from 7am to 11am. On top of everything else they send me to a collection agency and they owe me money. What horrible management and a waste o... read more
