I tried to cancel an order and it cost me over $14 to do so. I will never ever order anything from Luminess Cosmetics again. No wonder they have a poor rating score!
Be careful, they offer you promotions and in the end they end up charging whatever they want.
I ordered the air foundation on a TRY BEFORE YOU BUY and was charged 6.25 for shipping which is no problem but they charged my card 61.48 just a few minutes later THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED. Now I gotta go through a bunch of B's to get my money back. If I could give a negative rating I would but it's not worth the trouble to try the product. Check your bank statement cause soon as they get your info they make unauthorized charges to your credit card.
