Poor construction, extremely high fees on HOA, management extremely inadequate for this type of community

I am a homeowner at Liberty,@Summit. we have a beautiful dog park that has been added to our amenities October 2024. But when i reach out to HOA management regarding the state of the dog park i am told that it has not been turned over to the homeowners. I have reached out again regarding the overflowing trash and empty poop bag dispensers. Nice office, really nice pool and clubhouse. several models you can walk through. Ranch homes built on slab, approx $300/mo HOA fees includes clubhouse and pool access, no exterior maintenance, water, sewer trash or water. Poor quality construction and materials. I get trying to give owners the most square footage by cutting costs but they go way too far while adding costs where they shouldn't like 8' tall interior doors.
