We have now completed our refinancing with the team! We also did our original home loan to them. We have complete trust and confidence in the team as they have been so open and transparent with us throughout the whole process.
We really appreciated receiving a lender credit for returning customers for our recent refinance; that made the biggest difference in our choosing Luminate over another lender. Contract to appraisal ordered to fully approved and clear to close was much faster than the average lender, and they were easy to work with. Definitely a positive experience.
