Bryce from Northwest Mortgage was fast and clear in his communication. He also made sure to let us know that interest rates were rising and he himself would lock in but it was up to us. We decided to lock in our rate and right before we closed on our house, the rate went up again and we probably would not have bought our house at what the rate eventually went up to. Great help from Bryce and and all around great guy to deal with!
Mandy Pederson was great to work with when buying our home. She was very intentional about explaining each step in the mortgage process and answering any questions. Additionally, she made herself available outside of working hours when it better fit our schedule. We appreciate all of her assistance and will definitely be working with her again!
