Although I liked Dr. Foss..the staff at this office is pathetic. I was denied my MOhs surgery by Florida Blue 1 week before my scheduled surgery. I called the office and told them I need them to resubmit under a different code according to Florida Blue. I had taken the day off my from work and after 4 phone calls to the office NO-one ever called back and so I am here today the day of my surgery with no answers....very frustrating.
