Dr Fleming is very thorough and explains everything really well. She nails my prescription with perfection every time, which is important with progressive lenses! I’m relatively new to glasses and in the past few years I’ve had perfect service, prescriptions, and new frame fittings each time. Her staff members, specifically Gentry, do an amazing job finding frames that fit my face structure best and ensuring the progressive lenses line up with my pupil exactly right each time. Highly recommend!
I’ve never had a pair of glasses with an Rx so perfect and the fit be this comfortable. I’m never going anywhere else.
I recently ordered a new pair of glasses through Luminance. Dr. Fleming, Jentry, and Julie were great throughout the process — helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Dr. Fleming is a deft hand with her collection of optometric apparatus and Jentry has a keen eye for fit and style. Appointments always started on time and proceeded with well-practiced efficiency.
