You've sent me at least four emails (appointment, reminder, request for review, etc.) but I'm not your client, you have my email for someone else. Your email is no-reply, so I called phone number given. Recording said office is closed on Monday, please text. I sent several texts telling you the mistake, asking for callback, haven't heard from you. So here's this last attempt to let you know.
Our two sons and I recently had our first appointment with Dr Lam at Luminance Vision. Their office is very modern and filled with natural lighting through all the windows, which provides a warm and pleasant environment. Their staff, especially Julie, are very kind and welcoming. Dr. Fleming’s examination and thorough empathic and patient approach reassured me in minutes that I had finally found the excellence I needed.
