Working with Charlie from Lumina Solar was super easy. He explained the whole process, was available throughout the process to track down information and work coordination efforts. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and I was never left feeling like I didn't have support when dealing with utility companies, my county permitting process and other random items. We reached out to Lumina to install solar panels on our home, and the experience was phenomenal. From start to finish, their team worked with us on the layout, answered all our questions super fast, and installed our panels without any issues at all. They helped us navigate the permitting process (although they did the vast majority of the work), set us up with monitoring, and helped us set the financing as well. Great team, excellent service. We're now up and running, couldn't be happier. Well done!
