We had a very positive experience and are very satisfied we chose Lumina Solar. Tim Cooke communicated with us through the entire process in a timely manner and answered all of our many questions and concerns! They handle ALL the paperwork!! The ground crew and Mark Walker left our grounds clean and we didn’t have to worry about things left undone. Lumina Solar was quick to schedule a meeting and when Gabriel arrived, he was very friendly, knowledgeable of the solar system. Gabriel Shabtai and the Lumina Solar team have been incredible. From initial consultation to installation the team was communicative of next steps and very fairly priced. Received our Solar PTO in February and have been operating for 6 months. So far our production has covered our entire usage every month and we have eliminated our BGE bill, minus the customer charge. If you’re thinking of going solar, call Lumina.
Horrendous experience on the phone with a customer service representative, "Jordan," and her supervisor, "Kelly" - with the sum total of the conversations being that Lumina discriminates against all residents of Baltimore City in refusing to conduct business there.
