Overall, this is a good company, though not without a few issues. The solar installers were excellent—professional, respectful, and clearly skilled. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the roofing contractors they partnered with. Horrendous experience on the phone with a customer service representative, "Jordan," and her supervisor, "Kelly" - with the sum total of the conversations being that Lumina discriminates against all residents of Baltimore City in refusing to conduct business there. Just had my system go live and Lumina and Gabe Shabtai were extremely helpful in through every step of the process. Would 100% recommend Lumina if you are interested in going solar!
I signed up to go solar with Jeff Nachman over at Lumina, the process was smooth, they said about 3-4 months. We got scheduled in less than 60 days. The panels looks great, I couldn't be more pleased.
