I got an acne clearing facial from Joanne few weeks ago and my skin has been smooth and flawless since then! I have gotten the most expensive facials from downtown but the result I got after getting a facial from Joanne was by far the best! I totally recommend Lumina! Joanne is very kind and professional in her field.

I had an Alex herbal peel at Lumina skin care center yesterday. My experience was amazing! Joanne was really caring and professional. The treatment was almost pain free, so much more tolerable than I thought. Couldn’t wait to see the result. I’ll definitely go back to have more treatments.

If I could give 6/5 stars I would! Joanne is so dedicated, so kind, so sweet and really CARES about her clients. I've used her primarily for laser treatments for my melasma/skin tags and the effect was definitely noticeable. She's one of the very few skincare professionals who isn't just trying to suck money out of you and get you to buy expensive creams (like many cosmetic doctors..) I booked a basic cleansing facial with Joanne, and it was great! The clinic is in a good location, ample of parking and it was a very clean office. It was quiet, and I felt very safe in the studio. There was a brief consultation at the beginning, where Joanne talked about my skin type and explained the procedure as it was my first time.
