Helen and Olga were very good cleaners. Everything was not only clean but also everything smelled nice as well! They not only cleaned and vacuumed but also did bed turnover and laundry!
I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before booking with this company, because my experience went from a straightforward move-out cleaning to an extremely frustrating dispute over billing. I was originally quoted $320 for two cleaners from 9:00–11:00 AM. Instead, Lumina Life sent four cleaners, who didn't arrive until approximately 9:45 AM (they do state in the booking confirmation that the team could be an hour late.)
