I spoke with a rude and disrespectful representative by the name of MJ. She's obviously not aware of how an MRI machine operates. I repeatedly asked if the MRI machine was open on the back end. She repeatedly said with attitude that the machine was completely closed off from "behind". I then spoke with a Radiologist through another company who assured me this was inaccurate. She canceled the appointment without informing me. I am well aware that the machine is closed on the side, however a wide bore mri machine is still open... read more

Michelle and MJ got me in quickly for an appointment. Robert my tech explained everything to me and is very knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly.
You should expect them to reschedule you several times before you can actually get in. I will update the number of stars after/if I will finally be able to use their service. I added this after I used their service: overall a good experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. And they called me afterwards to follow up. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 5 because I know how important the reviews are for the businesses and they did nothing horribly wrong. Wow - this is now the only place I will go to for MRIs!!!! Great people, equipment that is equivalent to hospital grade, and approximately at 1/3 the cost!!! Michelle was excellent and made sure everything was smooth with insurance (even initiated and lead call with Medical Mutual with me on line just for confirmation). Who does that 😂!!
