Guys came at the end of a long day (for them) and fixed my LG washing machine quickly and expertly. My one critique was with their dispatching/scheduling service, which was unable to keep me up to date on their arrival time (I had scheduled their visit for a four hour window - 10:00 to 2:00 - but they didn’t arrive until 4:30. The dispatcher did apologize for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
Amazing service, advice and so helpful when it came to fixing our Electrolux Washer. Super knowledgeable and walked me through what was the issue with our washer and fixed the sensor. So grateful for the help! Highly recommended this company!
This company was amazing and I truly appreciate Favian coming out and helping me fix my washer and teach me how to properly keep my Samsung washer up to date. He’s definitely great at his job and will give the best results.
