Moved in recently and so far Jasmine and Samantha have been extremely kind and accommodating. The property is pretty nice and modern for young people.

I lived here for 1 year and 2 months and would absolutely NOT recommend this property. They advertise these as “luxury” apartments, but there is nothing luxury about them. The rent is over $3,000 a month, and on top of that, they charge ridiculous water fees and an insanely high trash bill — $67 per month just for trash! I’ve lived at Lumina for 3 ½ years and since new management took over, this place has become a nightmare. They are trying to evict my family and I because I was attacked and defended myself, they have allowed a tenant and her guest to continuously harass my family and I. All the while the other tenant faces zero consequences. No eviction for their behavior. I have written corporate several times, no response.
