Moved in recently and so far Jasmine and Samantha have been extremely kind and accommodating. The property is pretty nice and modern for young people.

I lived here for 1 year and 2 months and would absolutely NOT recommend this property. They advertise these as “luxury” apartments, but there is nothing luxury about them. The rent is over $3,000 a month, and on top of that, they charge ridiculous water fees and an insanely high trash bill — $67 per month just for trash! We moved out almost 2 months ago, and they’re now trying to bill us for outrageous “move-out charges.” My husband and I have reached out multiple times to get this corrected, and it’s been weeks with no resp... read more
