Still having a blast at Lumina. Indoor parking, easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and parks, along with a very walkable location make the apartments an ideal living situation. The amenities include a gym and pools, greenway is literally right next to the apartments. Very happy with Lumina apartments.
They just broke into 20 cars in the GARAGE. Elevator has been broken for months. Think they working on getting it fixed ? Not a chance. Management is also terrible they focus on all the wrong things instead of fixing this raggedy building. There’s only one camera throughout the whole garage so it isn’t safe at all. For the price that we pay it should be cameras all over the building and the elevator should be fixed in less than a week. Don’t move here.
Negative Aspects With 3.5 months remaining in my lease, I find myself wishing it was sooner. While there are positive aspects, they are outweighed by several concerning issues. 1. Building Maintenance: The office has consistently failed to address building-related issues in a timely manner. For instance, the keypad in building 5 has not worked since my move-in, and the elevator in my building has been out of service since February. 2. We love living at Lumina. Most recently we put in a service request for our dishwasher, and today I came home to a new dishwasher! Thanks!
Was not going to leave a review but I have not received any update from Lumina regarding the incidence of painter's breaking the lease and entering my home before my lease ended. Due to a miscommunication in management, painters entered my apartment and ransacked through all cabinets, removed belongings from the apartment, displaced items and clothing onto the floor.
