This place is great. Jess is always smiling and cheerful when you enter, in fact everyone I’ve had contact with has been kind and happy actually which is rare. They give you a nice welcome bag when you arrive which includes things like a mug, an insulated snack bag, a blank journal as well as a treatment specific journal, and some other stuff. I’ve been receiving Spravato treatments for over a month, noticing ways my depression is lifting. The staff at Lumin in Newton Center are RNs overseen by 2 psychiatrists, all of whom have been professional, attentive and kind. The treatment rooms are designed for our comfort & trust in the process. I bring my IPhone & access a jack, Bluetooth connection and headphones, in a recliner, so I’m able to choose my own music on Spotify.
