Do NOT do business with this company, they did my siding early this year and only a few months later the siding is lifting, this company was paid 45k to do renovation through out my house and everything they’ve done from windows, siding, is coming apart. After multiple complains Anna Ferguson pulled out $200 from her purse and said she was willing to give me the $200 if I just accepted the work as is of course I declined. They are super unprofessional and the work they do is trash but charge outrageous prices
Scott and Anna were great at evaluating the actual damage from the storm and saw things my insurance adjuster missed. Scott was right on cleaning my driveway after the roofers truck leaked oil. Highly recommend!
In the home services space, finding honest and reliable teams who do good work is hard. Working with folks who are driven to be helpful even above their immediate incentives is rare. John and his team are good people with clear intentions that go out of their way to be helpful even when they don't have any immediate benefit. John and his team were amazing. He has experienced workers and John is a gem to work with. The premium sherwin paint he uses makes also all the difference. So rich!! I will attach pictures so you can clearly see the amazing job. Just zoom in on the attached home (back side of house) next to me to see the difference. I will be using this company for all my updates to my home.
In the summer of (2020), our property sustained significant damage during a storm. After contacting several contractors, (Lumin) was the one to assist the first. We are very greatful. Thank you!
