I had 5 roofing companies all say they could get my insurance company to cover hail damage but every time it was denied. Then I saw an ad for Lumin on Facebook, called them and John came by and said he could get the work approved. Lo and behold the insurance company relented and I got a roof and the house and my fence painted. I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough. John originally replaced the roof on my home in 2017. Nine years later, when I had concerns about a possible leak and structural issue, John drove all the way from Elizabeth to Adams County to investigate. While other inspectors were showing me scary close-up photos and suggesting major structural failure, John took a 'big picture' photo that proved it was simply wind damage to the ridge cap.
