I will not be returning to this establishment. I had a very dissatisfying experience here with the doctor. This was my first time visiting this office since my regular office shut down. My appointment was rushed and the doctor did not treat me well. She was very impatient and didn't have a good "bedside manner". There were no other patients there so I'm not sure what the hurry was. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, ethical and tech-savvy eye doctor look no more. I am so glad I found Dr. Laki. I will be a patient of his for life. He uses updated technology so I didn’t have to worry about having my eyes dilated or the dated things many other eye doctors still utilize. He explained and walked me through everything about my vision and didn’t try and sell me unnecessary services. If you are reading this I would highly encourage you to give him a call. His staff were exceptionally nice & accommodating.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. When I purchased my glasses, there was no mention of lens compression options. I recall that she referenced the prescription sunglasses I previously purchased from this store. And I had to specifically request to add a blue light filter. Upon receiving my glasses, I noticed that the lenses were thicker than expected. When I inquired about this, I discovered that the highest level of index had not been used.
