I had purchased a laser hair removal package with Lumiere previously and had a great experience. I decided to purchase another package to complete another area and initially it was again a great experience, then COVID came. Lumiere had to shut down and temporarily discontinue services as did all other establishments which is completely understandable so I waited until places were allowed to reopen and resume services.
