Close to a lot of things, need cameras installed for better security, we’ve had things stolen right off of our patio, also has been some trouble with people getting stuff stolen off their cars!!!!! the grounds are nice, apartments are nice. Most neighbors are friendly. They have a good maintenance crew. Need to get rid of all the add on fees, especially the package delivery. Ups, fed ex and prime deliver straight to our doors no need for this $ 20 charge, it might be useful if you go on vacation and they hold the package,, b... read more
They don't answer the phone. Been over two weeks since I applied and I still haven't received the results of my application. I call them everyday, have sent them messages and voicemails and they still don't respond. If I don't get a response back today, I will have to continue to bug them until them give me my full refund.
They have bad maintenance service I requested couple things to be fixed and they didn’t come to fix it they only care about money and the rent is too expensive
