If I could give zero stars, I would. They made the whole process of getting my prescription so difficult for my three-year-old. They said they get thousands of prescriptions today so they weren’t able to even type it. It got sent over on a Thursday Over 24 hours have passed when I called them and still nothing. They did proceeded to say that my doctor had to send prior authorization to my insurance Which wasn’t true.
