Families should be aware of how personal property issues are handled here!!! My father is a resident at Lumia Mequon and a staff member broke the television that was purchased for him. I expected the facility to replace it with the same model or a comparable TV of similar quality and value. Instead, a significantly inferior replacement was provided, and it has since stopped working as well. I have been told this replacement has had issues before. Highly recommend Lumia for it’s caring staff! Very friendly and uplifting environment.. great meal choices…much to offer the residents.
Staff didn’t fully understand their equipment.
Worked here for almost a year and over the time of being there they have showed complete unprofessionalism and disregard for there employees on multiple occasions they allow the residents to abuse the staff…repeatedly…they allow management to mistreat there employees and talk to them like they are less than…they treat their employees like slaves literally…they do not care about anything but the revenue that is coming in from the residents to keep the place up and running…they make promises to the residents that they do not f... read more
