Staff didn’t fully understand their equipment.
Worked here for almost a year and over the time of being there they have showed complete unprofessionalism and disregard for there employees on multiple occasions they allow the residents to abuse the staff…repeatedly…they allow management to mistreat there employees and talk to them like they are less than…they treat their employees like slaves literally…they do not care about anything but the revenue that is coming in from the residents to keep the place up and running…they make promises to the residents that they do not f... read more
The honest and top notch care provided at Lumia is amazing in today's day and age. All management and staff are amazing and truly care about the residents they serve.
