Polite, efficient, professional and the windows look great!
We live in N Scottsdale in the Troon development. Lumi provided outdoor window cleaning for us today. The young men were polite, professionally dressed and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. They indicated it was a family business and you could tell, their customer service was outstanding and the price was very fair.
Lumi did a beautiful job of cleaning our windows inside and out. I would highly recommend using their services if you have dirty windows.
Julius was awesome from the moment I called to schedule to when he came to give us an estimate to the cleaning—friendly, professional, and efficient! It’s been years since we had our windows cleaned and now they look GREAT! Very happy with the cleaning! And, we will not wait years to get our windows cleaned knowing we can call on Lumi.
I booked Lumi Window Cleaning after responding to an Instagram ad. I scheduled a bid with Julius, but he missed the first appointment and said his system must not have reminded him. We rescheduled for the next day. He came out and quoted $315, which I accepted. The tech (Sean) worked for over two hours.
