Lumi Window Cleaning company was highly recommended by neighbor Lauren P. We called Julius Monday, June 1st, came to our house same day , gave us a reasonable estimate, and they came Tuesday , June 2nd. Julius was professional, courteous, and personable . Julius came with Heinrich ( young lad) on time and did just the outside windows and screens ( total 14 windows ranch house).See enclosed picture. WOW!!! Lumi Window Cleaning and Julius were unbelievable. The communication from booking to on site cleaning was friendly, thorough and professional. Julius was especially gracious and pointed out some broken seals on my windows and removed some difficult build up without extra charge. He checked in with me several times and walked all the windows to confirm I was satisfied. I haven't had this quality of customer service in quite some time. Arrived within scheduled timeframe. Quick response to request for a bid. Easy scheduling. Some miscommunication with expectations, but resolved professionally and politely. My windows look much so better! I will have them back again and would recommend to others. Thank you!
