I echo the negative reviews of Lumi Nails, specifically towards the nail tech Hana. She was super rude during my manicure appointment and the only words she would say to me were “stop moving” when I was adjusting my hand because the UV light would not turn on. She rushed my mani and then filed them before they were fully cured, leading to air bubbles in many of my nails. Exceptional service! I recently visited and got my nails done as well as tried their luxury pedicure. Don’t be too picky, guys!!! My niece & I came here last week for mani & pedi. Her toenail is swollen and has been in pain since our visit. The nail tech was not experienced as she was cutting off skin because she couldn't remove the gel polish from skin. We need to visit the doctor today because it looks infected. She also mentioned she felt burning when the acrylic set was being placed on her hands and the lady was using dirty nail files and clippers and shot down anything that was said to her.
