I normally come here to get my nails done and I’ve had no problems. I got my nails done elsewhere since I was out of town but I didn’t like them so I came to Lumi when I got back and they fixed them and now I’m happy again :)

I got my acrylic nails done here, and they broke just two days later. I went back to have them fixed, but they broke again the very next day. The job felt rushed and was done quite sloppily. As professionals who do nails daily, I expected better attention to detail. The acrylic was applied very thick and looked unnatural. Also, I paid $80 for chrome nails, and the chrome started coming off after just a few days. Overall, I was really disappointed with the quality.

I’ve been to many nail salons in the past, and I’ve never had a nail break so soon however, after getting a fill at this location on September 4th, I had a broken nail by September 5th. Typically, salons that stand by their work would fix a nail if it breaks within 24 hours, but when I returned to have it repaired, I was blamed for “working too rough with my hands.” and I was also told there would be an additional charge to fix the nail, even though the break happened so soon after the service.
