Victor installed our HVAC system in our home in 2017 when he was with another company. In 2022 or so, our AC looked like it was having capacitor problems in the dead heat of August. I liked Victor so I called him up at his new company. He was not available but he sent someone else very quickly who fixed it up for a reasonable fee. More recently, our wine cellar stopped working. Our HVAC system was installed by Lumi HVAC. Great service by Victor and the installation by Sam's team is clean and very professional installed. they worked on our new house and very happy with the work.
They wasted 3 years on the AC system in my house. My house is divided into 5 zones and they wanted to compact in a 4 zone panel board. It was not working and even burnt down the whole system. In the second year they replaced with two 4 zone panel boards. I don't understand why they only have 4 zone panel boards. And obviously, it was still not working. One zone is not functioning at all. It is the third year now, problem is not solved. They totally don't know how to sorting these 5 zones into their 4 zone panel boards. They ... read more
