I would not recommend this company at all. If you’re looking for a nightmare experience, then this is the company to go with.The service was extremely unprofessional. Charges were unclear and felt random, and every time I asked questions, they were either ignored or I received vague answers with no real explanation. It honestly felt like they just wanted to bill for services without actually addressing the issue properly. Victor installed our HVAC system in our home in 2017 when he was with another company. In 2022 or so, our AC looked like it was having capacitor problems in the dead heat of August. I liked Victor so I called him up at his new company. He was not available but he sent someone else very quickly who fixed it up for a reasonable fee. More recently, our wine cellar stopped working. The installer said they dont do servicing, and referred us to another company who made us wait 3 weeks and charged us a lot of money to "guess" at a ... read more
