We are very happy with the work done by Lumi Construction in repairing our deck.
Lumi did a wonderful job replacing a deck a my Mom's house. The work was excellent and they were reasonable priced! I plan to hire them again in the future for other projects.
This is just the beginning of our work with Luigi and his wonderful team! He has been timely, helpful, honest and is committed to providing the highest level of quality. Luigi and all of his staff have been working with myself to make the exterior of my grandparents home beautiful and budget friendly. We worked with Lumi Construction Management to renovate our (open) front porch. We wanted Trex flooring, pine shingles on the interior porch walls, and a stained pine ceiling. Luigi’s team improved the sub-floor, layed the Trex, painted the shingles, and installed and stained the new ceiling. They had great ideas about floor and ceiling design and appearance, were respectful of our opinions all the while making sure city code was adhered to. I recently discovered a sizeabe area of wet wood in my unfinished basement, the result of ice build up on my roof this past winter. The trapped water was then forced to seep down behind the vinyl siding and into my basement. When I called several contractors, Emily from Lumi Contractors was the only one to respond, did so very promptly and was so very nice.
