The Lumi construction company was great to work with, very good work by all involved. Price was also very reasonable. An all around professional team. Would highly recommend them for all construction projects.
Luigi, the owner, and Bianco, his construction manager, are both knowledgeable, conscientious and responsive. They stay on budget and on time, and do all they reasonably can to please the customer. For my kitchen and sunroom renovations they also engaged and supervised skilled subcontractors for painting and plastering, floor replacement and refinishing, plumbing and carpentry. I would definitely use Lumi Construction again.
Luigy was very responsive to initial request for post and deck work. His crew was awesome, showed up when they said they would and did an absolutely fantastic job repairing a rotten post and sanding/refinishing our deck. I would highly recommend them!
Luigy and his team were time-efficient, honest, reasonably priced and beyond my expectations as far as great customer service! We had our basement finished from concrete slab floors and walls to an amazing open space with a full bathroom for my family to hang out. They removed the bulkhead and replaced it with a beautiful exterior entrance with a chandelier and windows. I can’t emphasize enough or show my gratitude for the excellent craftsmanship.
