We worked with Lumi Construction Management to renovate our (open) front porch. We wanted Trex flooring, pine shingles on the interior porch walls, and a stained pine ceiling. Luigi’s team improved the sub-floor, layed the Trex, painted the shingles, and installed and stained the new ceiling. They had great ideas about floor and ceiling design and appearance, were respectful of our opinions all the while making sure city code was adhered to. I recently discovered a sizeabe area of wet wood in my unfinished basement, the result of ice build up on my roof this past winter. The trapped water was then forced to seep down behind the vinyl siding and into my basement. When I called several contractors, Emily from Lumi Contractors was the only one to respond, did so very promptly and was so very nice. Luigy and his team did an excellent job remodeling our whole house. Him and his team were extremely attentive to our needs and concerns and did their best to work within our budget and provide us with options while being honest and thoughtful towards our needs. They did an amazing job ripping out all our wallpaper and carpets throughout the entire house and transforming our wood floors, skim coating all walls, leveling out our kitchen floor and putting new tile in, re-doing electrical, plus more. Lumi did a great job replacing our door, a few windows and adding gutters. Once work was able to be scheduled the workers were curteous, fast, and did great work! We’ll definitely use Lumi again for future work.
