Gave me severe heat damage after a silk press. The hair stylist Shakari Artis was 30 minutes late to the appointment and when she arrived she didn’t apologize. This is not the first time she has been late to an appointment.
The staff was very late in arriving,dismissed the fact that I took offense, and was told by the other staff that she didn't care that I came early and wanted to charge me for stating I was not going to stay for the appointment.
The best silk press I have ever gotten the work was amazing and results were lasting
(Posting from husbands account) They do good hair but can be very unprofessional & they’re not apologetic whatsoever.. I guess it’s because they have the clientele. This is the second time they have cancelled the day of the appointment without even a phone call. That is so ridiculous. If you plan to go here I’d make sure I’d speak to someone to confirm the appointment because I stayed up until 4 am taking my hair out only to receive this automated text this close to my appointment.
