I had such a lovely time with Helen at LUMI! This was the second shop I’d been to, and it all felt so personal. From the personalised welcome sign, to a glass of bubbles and trying on the dreamiest dresses. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into trying on anything that wasn’t for me. Helen is so knowledgable and clearly passionate about her business, and she really helped me figure out what kind of bride I want to be! I would highly recommend LUMI to any future bride looking for a comfortable, chilled and fun experience.

My mum and I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Helen at Lumi and I would highly recommend to any brides looking for their wedding dress. Lumi was the first bridal shop we’d been to and if I hadn’t of paid for an appointment at a different shop for later in the day then I would’ve cancelled it there and then as I knew we’d already found the one! I had the loveliest experience wedding dress shopping at Lumi It felt very personal and private- great for any overwhelmed brides. Helen was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, making sure I tried different styles and really taking the time to understand what I liked about each dress, even helping to suggest adjustments to “the one” to make it absolutely perfect. I Found my wedding dress in this shop, initially I did not pick the dress, Helen did. Helen was absolutely amazing and knew just what I wanted. Helen is so knowledgable and extremely helpful, she wasn’t trying to over sell anything, just very genuine and honest! Highly highly recommend! I had the most amazing experience.
