I got to try the float tank today after being so curious for many years and it was SO good! It felt like floating in space or being in a womb.
If you want to spend a few hours and really optimize your health and spirit this is the place. I booked in for the infrared session, a float in the tank and finished up with a deep tissue massage with Francine. I haven’t felt that relaxed in years. I got a massage with Karl for pain and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate. He helped a lot with my muscle tension and suggested some stretches and exercises to help release in the future. If I lived in the area I'd go to him again!
I go here for microneedling and other treatments. Angel is the best!! Everyone is polite and professional! I love this place.
