I've been going to this place for years now. The products are excellent, fairly priced, and varied. The staff are some of the most consistently friendly and helpful workers I've come across anywhere. Unless something drastically changes, this is my store of choice. I couldn't recommend it more if I tried.
First time visiting this location and it was great experience! The service is excellent and have plenty employees on staff so there was no wait. They applied a discount that was not showing on my loyalty rewards and took care of me with professionalism!
Four stars only because you DID NOT add my senior discount!!! Other than that......you guys are always great!!!!
Really love and respect all business/customer elements of Lume; website organization, inventory accuracy, amount of product, rotation of said product, etc etc. however I was a little bummed today when my discount was shorted by $15 which isn’t that large of an amount but I suppose it’s more noticeable now because of having to adjust to the increased tax as well so, still all love for Lume, just hoping next time I return they’ll honor the receipt and original discount. Wish me luck!
