A beautiful building. Since new management has turned a little trashy.
I have been a tenant here for two months. It is a nice building. Great amenities and views. For the past 2 days over Easter there is no hot water for showers. The garbage disposal unit has not worked for a week. Pretty disappointing for a building 4 years old.
Great views, great accomodation and a wonderful corner of Kangaroo Point
