Dr. Sugimoto likes to cut you off and doesn’t listen to all your symptoms and makes assumptions, therefore misdiagnoses. Also the girls at the front desk are so rude. One encounter was one glaring at me and treating me like garbage. The most recent one was another front desk worker implying I’m a security risk by using the inappropriate wording, instead of generalizing. I had to get the Xray done. Lindsey and Barb at the reception were super polite and helpful. I was impressed by their tone of voice over the phone itself and they were as courteous when I arrived. Even the Xray technician was super nice to expedite things smoothly. I am extremely impressed with everyone working there. Would have given 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend this place.
