Extremely helpful every time I call
Dr. Sugimoto likes to cut you off and doesn’t listen to all your symptoms and makes assumptions, therefore misdiagnoses. Also the girls at the front desk are so rude. One encounter was one glaring at me and treating me like garbage. The most recent one was another front desk worker implying I’m a security risk by using the inappropriate wording, instead of generalizing. One of their biggest mistakes is losing Lindsay that used to work the front desk. She was super polite and personable. I will never return to this clinic. I ... read more
