My family and I have been buying and selling acreages with Lumby Real Estate since the late 70's. My father bought our first 5 acres and built our home there through Kate's father and ive been dealing with Lumby since the 90's. Its always been the go to for buying or selling acreages in the Hills. Their understanding of Hills & Hawksburry District acreages is 2nd to none.
Kate Lumby demonstrates a serious and unacceptable disregard for confidentiality, ethical standards, and legal obligations. There is little to no confidence that personal information is handled appropriately or with the level of care required. Professionalism and respect appear to be lacking. If you value your privacy and expect proper conduct, I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency altogether.
Kate Lumby has no regard for privacy laws, basic ethics or the legislation she is governed under. If you value your privacy and expect a basic level of respect and decency, find another agent! Privacy matters and must be protected at all times. I would avoid using or working with this agency, at all costs.
