This store is a hit or miss. I love Pottery Barn and I especially like the sales section they have towards the back of the store. The sales people are just okay. I asked one of them to find the price on an item and they were too busy watching a parade outside on Newbury St. and just walked away from me. The prodcuts are great but they need to train their salespeople better.
