I have been volunteering for a Township that received a grant to build a new park. I did research and tested products at other parks. I really liked the line Perennial Park Products. Paul, my initial point of contact, sent me pamphlets and walked me through the process. My second point of contact, Rob, walked me through the ordering process. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the product and the professionalism that these gentlemen and Lumber Rock extended to us.
I purchased this product because of their T&G product. Looked great when I installed at the end of summer. This winter I had 1/2 inch spacing between the butt ends of the boards. I called Lumberock and spoke with Michael. He told me I was to leave a gap between the boards when I installed the lumber. I told home if I had left a space between the ends of the boards I would have a gap of 3/4 inch to 1 inch between the ends of the boards. I have been buying my plastic lumber from LumberRock for over 10 years. Never had a problem with the products or the personnel. I normally deal with Rob Stevenson and he always takes care of me or any issue I may have. Would totally recommend this company.
