Jim is a true professional. He listened to my issues and concerns with genuine interest and explained the whole process. Even worked with me on getting 4 huge trees and a damaged trunk taken down quickly and efficiently. Jim and his team were professional, friendly, courteous, and so great to work with. When Jim showed up to give us an estimate in a bucket truck, I knew we had the right professional team to remove our two large trees. Jim and his team did a great job, but what blew me away was their clean up! They not only picked up the limbs, but they raked the yard to pick up the smaller sticks and the mountain of sawdust left from grinding the stumps.
