Purchased a camper in April, still unable to use it. Snapped awning, broken tv, pumps don’t work properly, cable brake improperly installed, missing fasteners caused the bunk to collapse, no retainer clip on the electric brake destroyed the hub instantly. Shocking quality and terrible follow up service. The wrong part was sent to repair the awning, mis communications at every step. Constantly calling to chase up repairs that never happen. Tried to drop in and have a look a few times but they are never open, tried to call and they never answer, it's like they don't want to sell anything
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware
Picked up my Sheoak Camper from the Geelong store after placing an order at the dealer in Queensland. Paid for pre-delivery that was not done asked if everything was fine and set up correctly in the camper. That was not done great product but poor service such a shame
Love this store. Helpful staff too. I've been eyeing out one of their trailers for some time now. In hopes, I'll get one next year 🤙🏽
