Like several others, in from out of town. Big part of trip is dark skies and astrophotography. The day I arrived I realized I brought the wrong piece of equipment. Went hoping against hope for a solution. Kitt connected me with Mike, and Mike quickly custom-made something for me that saved 7 nights of shooting. Could not be more grateful. Super helpful, friendly folks. Thanks again!

Went here to buy a backpack blower today. They had 2 Stihl sitting on the shelf with no price or info on them. They were dusty, so I knew they've been there for a while and still no price tag or info. I asked for help and they still couldn't tell me any info or pricing. They said they weren't even in their system to give me a price. The guy helping me was new and went to ask his manager and came back and said I should come back in an hour when his manager was off his break.
