Consistently lied to and jerked around, tiling not delivered on time, calls were screened at the store and they wouldn't answer when I called, was told my tiles were on a truck en route, then told two days later that oops my tiles were on a train that derailed ?!?!?!? My installation has been delayed by several days, I have spent two days trying to find alternate tiles with other companies since they could not give me an ETA.
