We purchased vinyl there and it literally would tear in half w your hands and showed ripples when down. It wasn’t the most expensive nor was it the cheapest. It even had padding on the back! Our installers had never seen anything like it ... would just rip w a scoot of a chair!!!! And James even recommended it!!! They wouldn’t even help make it good or offer Anything to help us out ! Was gonna get two rugs on the wall we saw from them but there is no way now!!!! We believe it was OLD!!! Don’t buy from them!
James {the manager} was great!!!! Wide variety, better prices, and got it the day we picked our tile out . Highly recommended!!!!
Visited the Gastonia location and received excellent customer service from store manager James. He is very knowledgeable about any type of flooring. They have great prices and I recommend them to anyone needing any type of flooring!
