Worst customer service I've ever had.
I called to get an estimate as this company was recommended to me. I got a text that he had to post pone due to being stuck on a job, totally get that. Said he would come the next day at 4p. 4p came and went and he never responded to my call or texts. He was a no call, no show. 2 days in a row I had to rush and leave work early to make it home in time when he failed to show. I was highly disappointed. If you didn't want the job or business you shouldn't have agreed to give an estimate. It's unprofessional.
