Terrible customer service. Very polite in the store but absolutely no follow up to my problem , after I called multiple times and was assured they were checking on it. Needed a Trex part replacement after I had order but was given the wrong part by WHL. Correct part on invoice, wrong part given. Granted a lot of time passed when I discovered the error but I was dealing with Cancer and had to put my project on hold. Just not picking up the phone
I had a wonderful experience with this business during my deck project in 2021, and I have been enthusiastically recommending them to others. However, my recent visit with a dear friend who needed assistance with a large deck and front patio project was quite disappointing. The customer service provided by the representative at the front desk was clumsy and careless. The place is a rip off. Charged me double for everything. Went to Home Depot everything I purchased was almost half the price. When I called to see if they can refund or credit me o was told they’ll be a 15% restocking fee. Straight up thievery. What restocking I picked up everything your lazy employees couldn’t be bothered to bring the wood and other things to me. Wonder why these mom and pops places belly up. STOP RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF!
