Terrible customer service. Very polite in the store but absolutely no follow up to my problem , after I called multiple times and was assured they were checking on it. Needed a Trex part replacement after I had order but was given the wrong part by WHL. Correct part on invoice, wrong part given. Granted a lot of time passed when I discovered the error but I was dealing with Cancer and had to put my project on hold.
