Their deposit process is really terrible charging a customer 2x the monthly electric bill for a property they're moving too however with no waiver other than being military is predatory !
I have been making my payments through the app consistently since 2023, when I moved to this county. I have NEVER had any issues making payments before. However, I just received an email stating that my latest payment was rejected because my bank account was supposedly invalid. The app already has my banking information saved, so how is it possible that this is suddenly an issue now? Honest opinion. The worst electrical company you can have. No customer service. Premium price for electric that’s constantly going down. I’m tempted to spend the money on solar and batteries to avoid there terrible concept of a company.
I love them! I never have issues, they always work with me as far as extensions. The representatives are always helpful and professional.
