Never had a disconnect, still haven't, yet here we are 3 1/2 years later and they refuse to give my deposit back much less acknowledge that I've been asking for it over and over. This electic company sucks it is taking up to 4 weeks now just to get service ran but when that payment is due they expect their money or u won't have no lights. I have had service before with them i guess that dont matter . Anything associated with lumbee is a joke. But the problem is they dont have competition it is only duke and lumbee that is why they can get by with things like this. It makes no sense to take up to 4 weeks to get service but they provide excellent customer service really. They have very few good reviews... read more
The website online payment option doesn’t work. What is going on here? Impossible situation.
I have literally called the customer service number five times in a row and have been hung up on five times in a row by the automated system that is obviously having technical issues. I am unable to reach a human to talk to and my bill is due on the 24th. It would be nice to be able to talk to someone when you need some assistance with setting up your payment. Hands-down, the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced.
I am just saying thank you for all your hard work today and every day you guys help run the world
