Terrible management and very rude plant supervisor, expects too much work for 15 dollars an hour, hardly trains their workers and then blames their workers for mistakes they could have taught them how to avoid. Lumasmart lets people go before right before their 90 days is over and they look for any reason to fire you before the 90 days is over, is is an AWFUL place to work for, please don't waste your time working for them.

I started working at lumasmart in October of 2021. At first the company was under good management and the day to day operations were smooth for the most part. About a year or so into employment, the plant manager found a better opportunity elsewhere and we were left without one for sometime. They re hired an old manager that they had previously let go, and plans were for him to take over operations. A few short weeks later he quits early in the morning and we are left without a manager.
