Terrible management and very rude plant supervisor, expects too much work for 15 dollars an hour, hardly trains their workers and then blames their workers for mistakes they could have taught them how to avoid. Lumasmart lets people go before right before their 90 days is over and they look for any reason to fire you before the 90 days is over, is is an AWFUL place to work for, please don't waste your time working for them.
